Father’s Day Mug Glazing – Paint a Gift for Dad

Looking for a meaningful (and handmade) Father’s Day gift? In this relaxed, beginner-friendly class, you’ll paint and glaze a ceramic mug that’s ready for Dad’s daily coffee or tea. Maker Cube will provide premade ceramic mugs along with a range of glaze colors and simple techniques to help you bring your design to life.

No prior experience is needed—just bring your ideas and the Maker Cube team will guide you through the process.

Join the Waceya Métis Society for a free youth gathering at Douglas Park from 10 AM to 3 PM, with live performances, community booths, youth resources, activities, and food vendors. Timms 'Walkway Gallery' Bi-Monthly Speaker Series: Olivia Harks

Join the Langley Arts Council for an Artist Talk with Timms Walkway Gallery exhibiting artist Olivia Harks!

Olivia is a self-taught oil painter driven by a lifelong love of drawing and painting. Her work is a visual exploration of emotions, mythology, and elements of surrealism reflecting the human psyche. Through her art, she aims to embrace the delicate balance of vulnerability and resilience that defines the human experience.

Joy Yeh, harp Concerts Café Classico Series Finale

Harpist Joy Yeh will showcase the development of the double-action pedal harp. Featured works include Clair de Lune by Debussy, Songs of Nymphs by Marjan Mozetich and more!

The concert will open with an informal conversation between LCMS’ Artistic Director Elizabeth Bergmann and the artist, followed by complimentary coffee, tea and refreshments before the performance. The performance will take place in the Rose Gellert Hall and will last approximately 60 minutes, with no intermission.
