Winter Thai Cooking Class I
Step into an aromatic world of fragrant herbs, creamy coconut, and bold Thai spices. In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll learn to prepare three soul-warming favourites: Tom Kha Gai Soup, Green Curry Chicken with Khanom Jeen, and Pad Kra Pow with Kai Dao.
Guided by expert instruction, you’ll explore how fresh galangal, kaffir lime leaves, Thai basil, and holy basil create comforting yet vibrant signature flavours. From building a silky, perfectly balanced coconut soup to mastering the art of a fiery and fragrant stir-fry, you’ll leave feeling confident, inspired, and ready to bring these dishes to life at home.

Macbeth
See Bard in the Valley’s production of Macbeth at Creekside Hall. Three witches tell the Scottish general Macbeth that he will be King of Scotland. Encouraged by his wife, Macbeth kills the king, becomes the new king, and kills more people out of paranoia. Civil war erupts to overthrow Macbeth, resulting in more death.

Domagoj Ivanovic, violin & Noel McRobbie, piano - Concerts Café Classico Series
Join the Langley Community Music School for passionate music from the Iberian Peninsula. The concert will feature works of Kreisler, Granados, De Falla, Albeniz and Waxman.
The concert will open with an informal conversation between LCMS’ Artistic Director Elizabeth Bergmann and the artists, followed by complimentary coffee, tea and refreshments before the performance. The performance will take place in the Rose Gellert Hall and will last approximately 60 minutes, with no intermission.
