Langley Community Farmers Market


When: Wednesdays, June 10 – August 26 at 5:30pm – 8:30pm
Where: Douglas Park (206 St. & Douglas Cres.)

The Langley Community Farmers Market is excited to announce an additional location for 2026 in Langley City’s Douglas Park. Beginning in June, farmers, vendors and crafters will be on hand with a variety of fresh local vegetables, artisanal baked goods, curated crafts, and prepared foods that will satisfy your senses and feed your soul. The weekly free market is family-friendly, accessible, and provides healthy food options that support local food security and farmers.

Community Day


When: Saturday, June 13 at 11am – 7pm
Where: Douglas Park (206 St. & Douglas Cres.)

Community Day bursts with energy as an all‑ages celebration that brings people together to connect, explore local resources, and enjoy a lively, welcoming atmosphere. This cherished Langley City tradition shines a spotlight on everything that makes the community vibrant, unique, and proud. This FREE outdoor festival kicks off the summer season with excitement—featuring hands‑on activity stations, live performances, food trucks, a bustling marketplace, community booths, and so much more.

National Indigenous Peoples Day


When: Sunday, June 21 at 11am – 3pm
Where: Douglas Park (206 St. & Douglas Cres.)

Join the Lower Fraser Valley Aboriginal Society to celebrate Indigenous culture and heritage. Enjoy BBQ and bannock, browse Indigenous vendors, and take in vibrant cultural performances and activities for all ages.

McBurney Plaza Summer Concert Series


When: Tuesdays, July 7, 14, 21, & 28 at 6:00pm to 8:00pm
Where: McBurney Plaza (20518 Fraser Hwy.)

Get ready to turn up your Tuesdays! The McBurney Plaza Summer Concert Series is back for 2026—bringing four nights of free, high-energy, family-friendly live music to the heart of Downtown Langley. Join the Downtown Langley Business Association every Tuesday in July as McBurney Plaza transforms into an open-air concert hub filled with music, laughter, and community spirit.

Bard in the Valley


When: Three Productions from July 16 – 26, at Various Times
Where: Douglas Park (206 St. & Douglas Cres.)

Bard in the Valley is a charitable theatre company based in the Fraser Valley, dedicated to bringing Shakespeare to life. See three productions for free (or by donation) on stage this summer in Douglas Park:

  • Travel back to the Renaissance during musical comedy gold in Something Rotten! Jr. (July 16 & 17)
  • See a wild journey with laughter and tears in equal measure in Henry IV (July 17 – 26)
  • Enjoy a never been seen before musical, written and directed by Lauren Trotzuk in Persephone (July 21 – 23)

Langley Pride Day


When: Saturday, August 8 at 12pm – 4pm
Where: Creekside Hall at The Langley Senior Resources Society (20605 51b Ave.)

The Langley Pride Society and The Langley Senior Resources Society are proud to present Langley Pride Day! Join in once again in celebrating inclusion, resilience, and growth for the 2SLGBTQIA+ community in Langley and surrounding areas. The free, all-ages festival features 25+ local vendors and community groups, with activities throughout the day such as drag bingo, educational panels, live music, and performances. Plus, a 19+ ticketed evening concert and dance begins at 6:00pm.

Arts Alive Festival


When: Saturday, August 15 at 10am – 5pm
Where: Fraser Highway One-Way (between 204 St. and 206 St.)

With over 200 visual and performing artists, this must-attend festival hosted by the Downtown Langley Business Association has become a signature event in the Lower Mainland. Celebrating its 30th year, this free, family-friendly celebration features live musical performances, artists and artisans showcasing a wide range of mediums, engaging live demonstrations, and interactive entertainment woven throughout the festival area. Guests of all ages can enjoy free activities, giveaways, and special surprise pop up performances all day long.

Heritage Classic Car Show


When: Saturday, August 22 at 10am – 3:30pm
Where: Douglas Park (206 St. & Douglas Cres.)

Join the Canadian XK Jaguar Register and the Canadian Classic MG Club in celebrating the 55th year of the car club’s Heritage Classic at Douglas Park. This is the club’s premier event and the longest running Jaguar-MG car show in North America! See a display of MGs, Jaguars, Land Rovers, Other British and Motorcycles.

Fork & Finger


When: Saturday, August 22 at 11am – 4:00pm
Where: McBurney Plaza (20518 Fraser Hwy.)

Fork & Finger is a self-guided tasting adventure where you can explore local restaurants, discover new flavours, and enjoy a vibrant day in the heart of the community. Pick up your Fork & Finger Passport, sample delicious feature items, and enter to win a share of $2,500 Downtown Dollars – redeemable at over 100 local businesses. Plus, enjoy live entertainment, community vibes, and a full day of food-focused fun in and around McBurney Plaza with the Downtown Langley Business Association.

Downtown Langley Mural Walk

Where: Downtown Langley

Experience a collection of over 25 murals created by talented local artists along the Downtown Langley Mural Walk. As you explore the vibrant streets in the heart of the city, take time to browse unique boutiques, relax at local cafés, and enjoy the many delicious restaurants that bring Downtown Langley to life. The Mural Walk is designed to be welcoming and accessible, with a route that can be enjoyed at your own pace as you explore with the map created by the Downtown Langley Business Association.
